The harder your name is to confuse, the easier you are to resolve. If you share a name with other businesses, lean on your location and category in every profile, and consider a consistent tagline or descriptor that always travels with your name. The goal is that any single mention carries enough context to disambiguate you.

Knowledge graphs and AI models update on their own schedules, so even flawless signals take time to be picked up, and results still vary by query and model version. Do I need a Wikipedia page to be an entity?

No. Wikipedia and Wikidata are strong corroborating sources when you legitimately qualify, but the vast majority of local businesses that get recommended by AI have no Wikipedia page. How is an entity different from a keyword?
